Belt Slide Handcuff Key

Belt Slide Handcuff Key

This is a remix I made from the belt slide hidden cuff key by D3ATH_F3YD. I really liked his design, but no matter what I try I cannot print a reliable key, so I decided to make one for an actual handcuff key where it can be hidden and recessed. There is a benefit to a plastic key, like bypassing metal detectors, which this wouldn't be ideal for, but I don't intend on getting into any trouble, just another good tool to have if escape becomes necessary in a crazy world. Printing: I printed with PETG .12mm layer height with 99 infill in Cura (99 seems faster than 100) I printed one standing upright and the top and bottom broke off easily, so I would recommend printing it horizontally, as that turned out very strong. The key snaps in and sits pretty solid, but I added two holes on each side of the key shaft which I ran wire from a bread tie through, just for extra safety. I added a hole on the back (what would face outside) with the thought of adding a decorative concho, but decided against it. I left the hole because it helps to be able to pull the wire through from the front then twist it through the hole, and trim.
