MakeChetti designed a great belt tensioner for the Ender 3, thing:2986144. I noticed that several people had a problem with the puller delaminating because it was printed vertically and 3D printed pieces that are used under tension are inherently weak in this direction. I made a slight modification so it could be printed horizontally and without support. I know there is less thread contact but it is still more than sufficient.
