The following tensioner was created for use with 20 x 20 V-Slot Linear Rail (http://openbuildspartstore.com/v-slot-linear-rail/). The design was inspired by Belt tensioner pulley for Tevo Tarantula by Banholm (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1704100), published Aug 4, 2016 Currently the design show the use of 3 low profile screws which might be an overkill if you use all three. I wanted to provide flexibility in the design to allow for multiple mounting configurations, however using the center tap of the extrusion should be enough. In addition the tensioner is design to slip over the end of the 20 x 20 V-Slot Linear Rail at a depth of 20mm.
