SummaryI am building a oversized Lulzbot TAZ printer and was having a hard time getting the belts tight with the stock set up so I came up with this. It works by twisting the leaver and causing the belt to wrap around taking up the slack. Then just tighten the M5 screw and done. Edit: 4/13/2016 Added the mounting bracket for the Y carriage. This uses the same parts as the X carriage as well except for the one part. x_belt_tension-3.stl & x_belt_tension-2.stlPrint SettingsPrinter: ORD Bot HadronRafts: NoSupports: YesResolution: 0.2Infill: 50%Notes: FYI, if you print the carriage plate there are three circular cavities inside to place some magnets. I use those to hold my hotend in place and will allow me to swap out tool heads in the future. Also, the plugs you see in the top are standard ATX mini-fit Jr plugs for quick disconnect of the hotends.
