I was tired about cheap chinesium pulleys so i added two bumps to inner side of the original part. These bumps are 0.5mm height. You should use : 2 x F623ZZ Flanged Bearings 1 x 1 mm washer. (preferably inner dia 3.5-4 mm, outer dia not more than 6 mm) Also added the source file for a probable remix for similar non metric bearings.
