This set offers an MPCNC IE edition belt tension system alternative to the default process. Custom Section Special thanks go to Allted for his outstanding MPCNC creation. Provided is a custom belt tension system, see image, catering to users who prefer an alternate method over the standard procedure. Alongside this tension system is a Corner Block Lock designed to secure end switches with more robustness, view image. These Corner Block Locks are exclusively for the IE edition and feature additional holes for those wishing to attach supplementary screws to strengthen the connection against plastic or wood pressure; it's essential to drill the corners of the blocks with care. Printing Corner Block Locks at 30% infill using Kisslicer enables greater flexibility. The biscuits inserted prevent corner block nut box degradation caused by pressure buildup, functioning alongside self-adhesive felt that should be attached with the adhesive facing upwards. It might be necessary to adjust biscuit height according to felt density and thickness; a dense rubber band would serve better in this case. Additional components provided include washers designed for optimal machine performance. An STL file encompassing biscuit and washer designs has been included within the package. A modification was implemented on November 28th, specifically with MPCNC_Belt_Tensioner_V2.stl to accommodate heightened belt tensions.
