The model, based on 3D Max 2014, is converted to a compatible version 2011 format. It's fully prepared for incorporation into a scene with all elements combined in a group under a unique name. The anchor point is positioned at the Z-axis zero level. The model is placed in the scene at coordinates zero. All materials have unique identifiers, and the file size is 5.72 Mb without any lights involved. The benches' dimensions are 2506x577x853 and 1906x577x853 for bench 1 and 2 respectively; bench 3 has sizes 2505x511x556 and 1900x511x556. Lastly, the bike rack measures 305x70x851.
