This is a 2, 3, 4, and 5(ish) board bench press block that I designed and printed. This was really really just a way to test my printer and I thought why not make something at the same time. I also created a smaller version that's just 1, 2, and 3 boards and more practical of a print. It's technically not tall enough to be a 5 board (7.5") because my Utlimaker isn't tall enough. Here's a video of this project (and a deadlift wedge which came out amazing!) if you want to see them in action. https://youtu.be/q1BSa--iIxg I use magnets glued in the slots to keep it stuck to the board. You may have to use a 5/16" or so drill bit to ream the magnet holes slightly larger if your printer isn't perfect. Just spin it with your fingers if the magnet is too tight of a fit and glue them in with super glue for extra security. The magnets I used are 8x3 and I got them from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07B3SDRCP?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=argluck-20&linkId=9226be34e350e8f5035bc1d7d60eef1c&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl I printed with ABS for its impact resistance, in a gym it's going to get beat up a little. 2mm thick walls and 30% infill were my prototype which held up incredibly well. I will leave this as a work in progress (although it worked) because I won't print another of these as I'm just going to use the smaller version. This one also needs more magnet holes which I hand drilled to make it work. Keep in mind this was a 36+ hour print that I used to test my printer. I think just buying a similar commercial item would probably work better but it did work! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07B3SDRCP?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=argluck-20&linkId=9226be34e350e8f5035bc1d7d60eef1c&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl A final note, this was drawn in inches so you may have to scale up depending on your slicer.
