Make sure to trim off any blobs (especially at the corners) in the slide area. I also had to sand the flat surfaces of the slides (ie just the top of the bottom part, and the bottom of the top part) a bit to stop them from binding. You can also use a bit of Jig-a-loo or a similar spray on the slides to make them ultra smooth.
