Say goodbye to noise :) best results (almost no noise at all) will be achieved when printed from soft (or even flex) plastic for single berd-air system you need to print 4 pieces and glue them in pairs. when installing make sure that air flow follows arrow on the silencer. once you have silencer - print air pump "silent" holder https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3429374. see also Berd-Air drill mask https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3608733 p.s. this is very precice item. try printing it with 0.2 nozzle and minimum speed. if you find internal holes "closed" drill them...
