A small amount of superglue is required.</p><p>I print them in PLA with 0.2mm layer heights, no raft, no brim. Tolerances are pretty tight.</p><p><i>REVISION 2: tweaked for a tighter fit and more reliable locking/slide mechanism. Also added an image of build instructions.</i></p><p><i>REVISION 3: better locking mechanism. Bevelled thumb knob.</i></p>
