The goal, To make the Voron Afterburner and the Stealth Burner work better on CR10/Ender style printer with the upgrade of only a single linear rail on the X-axis converting the printer to a fully working no original carriage required system. Heavily remixed Testers needed. V0.1 Crafted to be compatible with Clockwork 1 and 2. While designed for a Creality printer it should work on any printer with an under-mounted belt vs the front-mounted belt of standard versions. Updated the wiring management system adding the stock current afterburner cut in for wire management from the hot end, split the block in half to make it easier to print added two additional strengthening points and a key for alinement, the two additional screw-down points should be fixed in place with nut and bolts this will reinforce the plate and allow for easier maintenance. Added the maximum amount of material on the underside of the rail to the max clearance allowed without moving the endstop location. The touch mount has been reworked for supportless printing, the holes are sized for 2 heat-set inserts. Not mentioned in the original an X-limit switch stand-off is required for the switch to trigger file included. BOM Heat Set inserts M3 M3x40 qt2 for main body holding screws M3x14 qt2 for tool head clip mount m3x16 qt2 for belt clips m3x10 or m3x13 qt1 for bltouch locking screw M3x6 qt8 for bltouch mount and for trolly mounting and x endstop m3x45 for the x stop housing holder. M3 Nuts for long body holding screws Several T-nuts to run across the length of the rail and bolts to match MGN12H Rail About In the past, I've seen and tried many "adaptors" another similar to this one also tried to fit the afterburner mount onto the existing plate but that method took off alot of print space making the hot end hang off the bed around 10-15mm in the front wanting to go the linear rail rout this one by TroyJoachim really hit the mark as a starting point, but needed some polish having built a Voron and many many many hours of looking and tweaking with Voron CAD drawings. I wanted to use this to fill a need I had, using mostly concept and CAD from the 2.4 into the mix I pushed it to this Beta Mount. The Bltouch was just an addon in all but I didn't like how that was going either with Vorons printing without supports using propper angles or even making parts in pieces is better than trying to print pieces in one go, with smaller parts you can print ABS on even open machines then adding in metal fastenings strengthens the plastic giving it a more ridget part.
