Better Bike Light Holder for Threadless Stem

Better Bike Light Holder for Threadless Stem

A centered light holder for threadless (A-head) stems. Small print and an extremely simple attachment system. The holder is attached with a single piece of bungee cord that keeps both the light and the holder in place. The grooved version is exactly the same, but I added grooves for better friction between light and holder. This is made specifically to fit my bike, but it is pretty versatile and should fit other stems as well. The stem angle has to be roughly correct, though, so you might want to check that before printing. It's not very difficult for me to create a new version with a different angle, so post a message with what you need, and I'll see what I can do! __Specs__ Light diameter: 28 mm (I'm sure it will work if it's not exactly the same) Angle between stem and horizontal: 31° Bungee cord diameter: max 4 mm (holes are 4.5 mm) Material: recommend flexible filament to avoid rattle Note: I haven't got my settings for printing TPU filament right yet, that's why it looks so bad in the pics. The ooze and stringing doesn't affect functionality, though. __Installation__ Place the holder on top of your stem. Thread the bungee cord through the holes and around the handlebars, and adjust the tightness with the light in place. Tie a knot. Ideally, the cord should keep the holder loosely in place with no light, and then be pretty tight with the light attached. ### * Please post a Make if you make this! * ###
