Better Denon D1100 Headband (should fit D310R, NC800)

This has been a long time coming. While I love my Denon D1100's that I bought many years ago in Japan, the one thing that I always noted was how weak the build quality was of the plastic hinges, and my pair has broken in many ways and repaired in many ways (resins, superglue, hot glue gun etc) Well, today is the day I got fed up with all of it and decided to redesign and remake everything. I say Redesign, because this part IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE ORIGINAL HEADBAND. I have made changes to make it more structurally solid/ sound/ thicker AND I redesigned the hinge system to use the hinge system found in Bose AE2's that I have that are incredibly solid. This means that the rotating hinge mechanism has increased from the measely 4mm in diameter to 6mm in diameter, and the locking indent increased to 2mm thick. All in all, spent a couple of days on this, with multiple failed attempts before I finally got it down to where I like it. I printed mine in PETG and vertically for the best results, some parts may need support structures. If you like my time and effort.. Drop a Tip so that I can grab myself a beer
