Pulley diameter is set at 20mm. M3 nut depth is increased by 2.7mm. Number of teeth on the gear is 30. Distance between M3 nut flats is 5.7mm. Profile angle is established at 3 degrees. Angle of the M3 nut is fixed at 90 degrees. Shaft distance from the nut is set to 1.2mm. Additional tooth depth is minimized to zero. No retainer is included in this design. M3 nut hex value is increased by 1. Motor shaft diameter is maintained at 9.55mm. Idler functionality is turned off. Pulley top height is established at 12mm. Number of M3 nuts used is two. Pulley bottom height is set to match the pulley top height at 12mm. Idler height remains at a minimal 1.5mm. Retainer height also stays consistent with idler height at 1.5mm.
