Better Organizer Box Dividers

Better Organizer Box Dividers

thingiverse

I printed one of the other organizer box (like the Plano's or the Flambeau's tackle box organizers) dividers here on Thingiverse, and it worked fine. But the ones that came with my Flambeau had nice little finger grips on them. So I designed a new one from scratch with FreeCad, and put in nice little finger grips on them. Basically you can make this fit any size organizer that uses this style of divider. Simply adjust the x,y, & z dimensions in your slicer program to match the one for your orgnanizer. The large STL file is from FreeCad. I redesigned them in the new TinkerCad Beta editor and those are the r2 (revision 2) files. Ok, so I noticed that one of the corners of the TinkerCad version was a bit off, so I fixed it. This is the new TinkerCad r3 file. Print Settings Printer: Zortrax M200 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: Very High Infill: maximum Notes: It his took an hour and 15 minutes to print on my Zortrax. Pictures coming soon.
