Better shop vac vacuum tool

There's a lot of other vacuum attachment files out there, but many of them have a few problems. This design attempts to address those issues. This design: * is able to be printed without supports * is able to be printed on small printers * has an angled tip to make floor pickup easier * is robust and strong * has a narrow nozzle opening to reduce likelihood of clogs and maximize suction for fine dust * has 32mm/1.25" inside diameter for standard shop-vacs
