This is bevel gear set modeled by using creo 6.0! I tried to make bevel gear 3d model which is designed paramatically but unfortunately, the file is highly unstable. So i want to suggest some notice for users.1. There are two versions of files. Just "bevel_gear_asm" files are for small bevel gear set which has module 1 or 1.5 . I designed this size for rc car component.2. "bevel_gear_big.asm" files are for big ones,whose module is 2.3. program only can handle 2:1 ratio gear set.i didnt intend it, but it happens... 4. for small gear set, 20-30 teeth and for big gear set, 30-50 gear set is recommended(about crown gear) .One thing i found is that if pinion gears teeth is odd number, creo fails to generater gear. The reason.... i don't know...5. top thickness parameter is key to succeed gear generation especially in big gear set. In my experience, top thickness can be controlled between 3-6mm, and if you have big teeth, you may need bigger top thickness value.5. Finally, by modifying backlash and pressure angle parameters, you can make your gear teeth thicker or thiner. 6. If you failed to generate gear set even when you follow the all guidelines above, try the ctrl+G button again! Thank you!
