Beyblade ball bearing performance tip

Beyblade ball bearing performance tip

thingiverse

A remix of kseluga's 'Beyblade Performance tip' designed to take a 2.0mm ball bearing in the tip for low friction and hard wear! I have exported 4 versions with slightly different amounts of clearance around the ball. Actually they all worked OK, with the ball seating nicely with a little hammer tap. But I would say 0.1mm or 0.2mm would be the best with my printer and settings (performance_tip_ball_2.1 / 2.2). Printed successfully in ABS at 0.15 layers; I also used breakaway support. The FreeCAD source file is also included, to adapt for other clearances or ball sizes. This file also includes the 3 other tip designs from the remixed design.
