designed in under an hour and pretty much completely untested, a sparking evolution of Maximum Garuda, please let me know if it works and post makes Edit: I've heard that the model i used for the ring doesn't connect to chassis so I've changed it for a v2 with a new base ring, please let me know if there are any issues Edit 2: apologies to anyone who had trouble with whirlwind in the past few months, it turns out V2 had the bad template and the original was fine, i wanted to remedy this for a while but had issues with my account, but I've just got back in and fixed it, thank you for understanding
