They are not perfect, but they work. Use the screws supplied with your Beyerdynamic headphones; they already have a plastic tapping cut in them. Print: Use Supports 25% fill 0.8mm wall thickness [2 perimeters for 0.4mm nozzle). Installation: Thread the screws ALL THE WAY into the piece with the inset pieces for the screws. Then line the piece up with screws installed with the two metal mounting brackets on your headset that have the holes for the screws. Ensure the adjustment slider on the central metal piece on which the speaker is mounted is within its space on the plastic mounting bracket. Then while holding this together tightly, get the second piece with the smaller holes in it and place it tightly against the first piece with the screws through the metal mounting brackets on the crossbar/headrest. You should be able to do this with your thumb and index finger. Correctly done, everything should be lined up now. Then back out the screws with your free hand halfway. Thread them back in, and they should lock with the far piece. At that, you should be done. The inset screw piece is typically placed on the interior of the headset, with the thicker piece with smaller holes facing exterior the headset.
