Beyond UMO & UM2 Slideblocks by Gudo & Neotko - GT2 Open Belt

This is a Beyond Slideblocks V2 that I designed using Gudo\r\n\r\nThe adapters enable seamless integration on Ultimaker Original, and if you ever upgrade the thin 6mm shafts & change the hotend to um2, you can (with some drill and firmware changes) utilize the entire umo+ bed as um2 does. Of course, you would need to possess knowledge of changing firmware, altering endstop positions, etc., etc. I will create a comprehensive manual once I have more time.\r\n\r\nThis slideblocks offer a few extra mm of print area compared to others on umo, and it is specifically designed for GT2 Open Belts. I utilized my 303T belts, modified them by cutting out 7 teeth, and then used them in this project. \r\n\r\nI am currently short on time, so I cannot provide a proper manual at the moment, but any experienced user would quickly grasp how to use these slideblocks.\r\n\r\nThis uses x16 M2.5 nuts & 16 screws M2.5mm of 10mm long for um2 and um3 (indeed they work for um3), and also utilizes x24 M2.5 nuts, x8 M2.5mm 10mm long, and x8 M2.5 16mm long for UMO+. Additionally, it requires x8 M2.5 for the adapters that hold the shaft in place.\r\n\r\nApart from the M2.5 hardware, you will need x4 M3 nuts and x4 M3 16mm long screws for the tension part.\r\n\r\nI have left the STEP file open for anyone to modify it if needed. Have fun!\r\n\r\nPrint at a slow pace so you don't need to manually clean it; I, for instance, printed it at 50-60 mm/s and had to file a bit due to the very small tolerances. No big deal, but I prefer to spend 10 minutes cleaning than 4 extra hours :D\r\n\r\nThe Left and Front slideblocks have holes where you can insert the endstops. The larger hole is for the Left, and the smaller one is for the Front slideblock. You can either glue it in place, fuse the plastic with heat to create a secure fit, or print at an extremely slow pace and utilize the tight fit.
