Moved the spring to the side of the flag so bottom hole isn't so loose. Used soft spring from old printer's paper rollers. Raised bed for opto sensor .75mm as it was interfering with the flag. Manually drill out probe hole to 3,2mm and flag to 3mm, Super glue 3mm ballpen "ink cartridge" cutoff (sorry, don't know proper name) into the flag. Make brass tip and stick it in. Push the spring in. Heck, you can even use whole used ballpen with it’s tip.
