When printing just printing at 50% infill or so with 3 shells, plenty tough. If you want to put the cap on permanently I recommend scaling it down to I'd say 98% and adding glue. It will be hard to press on but it's better than having it come off during flight.. Edit: the smaller ones have holes in them for the vent, picture doesnt show it but it's there
