Bi-Fold Door Closer

We've been in our house for several years and the bi-fold door in front of the dryer has been a constant problem. If the door is open it blocks the garage door, so if somebody gets something from above the dryer and forget to close it you can't get into the house from the garage. Most the time we do a good job remembering to close it when you're done with it, but sometimes we forget. The bi-fold door gets jammed into the track when the garage door it attempted to be opened, and that's mangled the track pretty good.
