A friend broke the seat post clamp on her bicycle. The replacement part is on order but estimated 3 months for delivery (thanks COVID). So I made this adapter to allow a hose clamp to fit. To make it I traced around the inside of the old clamp onto a piece of paper, scanned to .png, used free on-line converter to .svg, imported into Tinkercad. Then fitted circles and ellipses to the shape, made it into a hole & extruded through an elliptical puck at 75 degrees (angle of the seat post). As you can see after a few trial versions the result now works well and the bicycle is rideable again.
