Print the bias tape/ribbon holders with a .4mm nozzle and .2mm resolution. The tray itself for speed I print out with a .6mm nozzle and .4mm resolution. You'll need a brim since the way it prints will likely result in warping at each end, even with PLA unless you have great bed adhesion. What helped a lot on a glass bed is using a glue stick just on the two short edges.
