BIBO2 Touch-Printing Head Front Bearings Support and Fan Blower Support

This part is an upgrade for the BIBO2 Touch 3D printer to simplify and speed up maintenance of the printing head. The part is a support for the two front linear bearings of the printer head and a 50 mm diameter by 15 mm thick 12 VDC Fan Blower that snaps in place without any screw. Now I can mount /dismount the Fan blower and the two fans in just 40 seconds for servicing / cleaning the extruders. I can do it with the printer ON, fans running, and hot ends hot (at working temperature). It allows full motion along the three axis. The fan clears the front 8 mm rod and does not crash against the leds. Also notice that I've replaced the grub set screws M3x3 with hex socket head M3x6 for the heater block throat and M3x4 for the heater cartridge. I don't like the tendency of the M3 set screws to fail and get stuck in place. Also, you can replace the original M3 screws and plastic spacers that hold in place fans and motors with four M3x8 threaded brass spacers and four studs, 21 or 22 mm long, made by yourself. To do that, take a M3x25 mm screw, screw in several M3 nuts to protect the thread, hold it by the nuts in a vice or with pliers, and cut it to length with a Dremel power tool and a ceramic cutting disc 0.5 mm thick. File it to deburr it. Screw the studs into the motor, put the motor in position and use two M3x8 brass spacers as nuts. You'll need a 5 mm wrench. Tighten them. Then, attach the fans to the spacers using two M3x12 Hex socket head screws for each fan. This way you can dimount/mount the fans from the motors while keeping the motors/extruders in place.
