Here you can find my bicolour MMU2S unit version. It uses thread inserts and the main improvements designed by the MMU2 community published on Thingiverse: - MMU2_Unit_Assembly (improved for TPU filament: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4441611) - Idler (with Bondtech gear, to prevent breakings) - PTFE Cutter (19.5mm) to redo the front PTFE tubes (optional) - MMU2 Selector with thread inserts (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3528314) - PC-M10 passthrough (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3233579) - Thumbscrews for Idler Tensioning (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3324321) - MMU2 Spinners (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3720526) - Front PC-M10 cover (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3654786) Setup 3mf files included. If you don't use my 3mf files remember to split the stl file to parts. ###Mount Instructions:### WARNING: The front selector cover must use M3x8 screws, longer screws can damage FINDA sensor!!! You need thread inserts like this: https://www.amazon.com/Products-Insert-100pcs-Injection-Molding/dp/B07KP86T8G/ref=sr_1_20?dchild=1&keywords=thread+inserts+m3&qid=1617532446&sr=8-20 Quantity by part: - MMU2_Selector (7 inserts) - MMU2_Unit_Assembly (14 inserts) - MMU2_Idler_Body (2 Inserts) Total: 23 M3 thread inserts To mount the idler pay attention to the screw gear orientation (pictures 12th and 13th), it uses one nut and a M3x8 screw to secure the own gear. The gear screw is used over the flat part of motor axe. There are two idler options: - Bondtech Drivegear (standard on MK3/S) - Bondtech Motor Gear (the one used for the 3:1 ratio on Bondtech Extruders) To mount the entire unit follow the original Prusa MMU2 assembly manual. Happy printings!! ###Updates### 2021/04/08: - Improved Idlers 2021/04/09: - Improved Electronic Cover **2021/04/14:** - Improved Selector
