Second semester project SDU. This project investigates the establishment of a new assembly plant on behalf of Bike International. Bike International has considered starting up a new assembly plant located in Odense, Denmark where they will be able to produce a bike in four variants. The main costumers are located in Rome, Moscow and Oslo. The report will only cover the manufacturing operation. There will be a guideline on how to setup this plant in the most profitable way, and the total investment cost. The report will sum up with a recommendation on whether Bike International should execute their plan or not. Some of the models are downloaded from Grabcad. Thank you Grabcad community :)
