This is an ideal design for connecting bowdens together on a bicycle. I tried a lot of different designs at work, but this one proved to be the best for me. It is very stiff and tight at the same time, the dowdens hold very well. Designed for connecting brake bowden/hose (5mm) and shifter bowden (4mm)
