This is a chain guard for the 48 tooth outer sprocket on a 15 speed Huffy bicycle. This design uses 5 mounting points that are spaced 100 mm apart. It is designed to accept the existing screws. The screw holes were intentionally undersized so you can predrill to widen the holes to a size that will best match your existing screws. I printed this with PLA and it seems pretty durable but ABS or a similar material could be used if you need something stronger. There wasn't much left of the original chain guard when we bought the bicycle, but I've attached a screen shot that appears to match the original chain guard design. I created a design that seems more durable.
