This is a dust cover for crank sets that have a nut holding the cranks on rather than using a bolt. It should work for either. It's a 22x.5 mm thread which I'm not sure is really correct, but I printed it in TPU and it seems to work well as a press-fit. Printed at .2mm layer height TPU with support and the threads oriented toward the print bed.
