Mount this to the luggage rack on a bicycle, slide a pole in and head off to you favorite fishing hole. Fits a 16mm rail. Version 2 works on some rear forks about 5 degreesish off vertical. Instructions I used 6/32 screws and nuts. The nuts didn't fit in the recesses but a pair of needle nose pliers did the job. If it tries to turn on you I added a hole at the base for a support rod or line the clamp with a couple pieces of electrical tape and it shouldn't move.
