I don't ride my bike enough at night to justify buying a headlight for it, but I have a nighttime ride coming up and already had a nice bright light I run with.

As set up, this'll mount on a 7/8" handlebar and will hold a Lux-Pro LP600C tactical flashlight (https://luxproflashlights.com/lp600c-extreme-tac-600-black.html). Modify the source as needed to work with your bike and your light. It's designed to be held to the bike with zipties; depending on whether you want a temporary or permanent installation, your light can be attached with more zipties or a Velcro strap.

(The diffuser is from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:37728; scale it up 109% on X and Y to fit.)

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Anet

Printer:

A8

Rafts:

No

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.2 mm

Infill:

30%

Filament: Shaxon ABS natural

Notes:

Tip the mount on its back for printing. Support is only needed for the handlebar end; use support blockers to keep supports out of the strap slot.

Category: Sport & Outdoors
