The hydraulic brake line on my cyclocross bike was rubbing the paint off of the head tube, so I designed this clip to hold the brake line in place and away from the frame. The clip is held in place with an M4 x 30 mm screw. I tapped the interior hole to make threading easy. The 5 mm O.D. hydraulic brake line clips firmly into the holder, but I also left a slot to insert a zip tie for extra stability. It works great so far. I printed it on its side with the zip-tie slot oriented vertically to avoid the need for support there. Support was required elsewhere, but came off easily. This required only 2 grams of material at 100% infill and printed in under 30 minutes at 0.12 mm layer resolution. Designed in FreeCAD. Part file (FCStd format) included.
