Bicycle frame mount for AXA Victory

This mount allows the AXA Victory bicycle frame lock to be fixed to a mountain bike or similar. Some bikes have mounting points welded to the frame, but this is not usual in the UK. Designed for frame tubes of 16mm in diameter, but the Blender source file has all the original parts separated so it should be relatively easy to rebuild scaled to a different size. The lock is held on by zip-ties, but should be secure when locked because it goes through the rear wheel. To be extra safe (it might just be possible to steal the bike and leave the rear wheel), also wrap the chain around the frame in a suitable manner. Although created from scratch, the idea was taken from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2719011 which is for the AXA Defender and seems designed for 20mm frame tubes. This will also likely fit an AXA Defender and other similar frame locks.
