Bicycle Light Mount

Bicycle Light Mount

thingiverse

I don't have room to mount a light on my bicycle's handlebars (there's a pack in the way). But my bike has braze on attachment points for low-rider racks on the front forks. I designed this little part to fit on the front fork (it will work on either side). The outside diameter is the same as my handlebars, so the clip that holds my light in place fits perfectly. I suppose you could use it to mount any gadget you don't have room for on your handlebars (Go-Pro anyone?) The original design was done in Rhino. Instructions This was a straightforward print on my Makerbot Thing-O-Matic. The front fork on my bicycle has braze-ons with M5 screws to mount a set of low-rider panier racks. The light mount fits tightly against the fork, held in place with the M5 screw.
