Bicycle Pannier Bag Quick Release Upgrade

***Background*** : I've always wanted to find a cheaper pannier bag, but those with quick release always comes with a price. Therefore, I decided to get a cheaper one and update the components by myself. ***Status - 10/09/2021*** : As the first step, I have designed the quick release rail as attached. The Quick-Release rails consist of 4 components and can be fastened using M2.5 screws and nuts. The length of the M2.5 screw will be, depending on the thickness of the pannier bag's material. I have installed this component successfully on my Decathlon BTWIN dual pannier bags.
