Made for my bike measurements but maybe they'll match yours. The top tube fixture fits into a 1 inch top tube. Designed to be held in place by an existing cap. Glue this into the phone mount before putting on bike. Angle of my stem is 20 degrees I think. Stem diameter around 34.15 mm. Phone mount is sized for a Pixel 3 with case and fits snuggly. This is 150 mm tall, 73 wide, 11.15 deep. I've actually trimmed off the top third or so after printing so whatever. Zip tie secures to stem. I printed in PLA and so far it's been pretty solid.
