Bicycle Water Bottle Holder

This is a water bottle holder for older bicycles without the standard frame mounting holes on the down tube (or elsewhere). The clamp is designed for the narrow down tubes on older road bikes, and the interior diameter measures 28.5mm. That being said, the clamp will work on tubes both slightly larger and slightly smaller than that! If you would like to change the clamp size, I have included the .f3d file from Fusion 360. The water bottle holder itself is large enough to fit the CamelBak Eddy bottles. 2x 25mm M3 screw 2x M3 nut To assemble, simply attach the clamps to the frame, and attach the water bottle holder to the frame clamps using the 24mm M3 screws. Take note of which side of the clamp has a recess for the M3 nut. By tightening the screws, you will also be applying a clamp pressure to the down tube which will hold the whole assembly in place. You may want to add washers as spacers if your water bottle holder likes to flop from side to side a bit, but this isn't a necessary step. Enjoy!
