I used 3/32" brass basing rod for axles. May use wire coat hanger or equal.
Clean up holes with index drill bit. Glue parts together.
Wheels:
Need to be handled with care. Apply glue generously
around hub where spokes meet hub when installing bushing. I
sprayed them with clear polyurethane. Light oil will help wheel rotation.
Run handle bars @ 50% speed for proper fit.
Drill pedal crank pin hole with #42, press fit pedals so pedals
will turn and/or glue pedal.
Index bit sizes;
43 for snug fit.
42 easy fit-up.
49 filament pins.
axle pins 2 @18mm, 1 @30mm long.
