Biesse T-Slot Suction Cup

This is a custom suctioncup with T-Slots to hold small parts on a Biesse CNC machine. For the base you can use anything that is 19mm thick, but i recommend 19mm MDF with priming film on it. The orange holes must be drilled trough and chamfered for an countersunk screw 4,5x35mm. The pink holes are for M6 bolts to hold the adapter ring and must drill as deep as your srews are. The turquoise holes are for 8mm alignment dowles and must be drilled from the other side as deep as your dowels are sticking out of you 3d print. Between the grwwn circules you must mill 2mm deep like on the standart Vacuumcups. I have included a 3D drawing of the base plate where you can see how the base plate should look like. The T-Nuts accept 5mm nuts so you can mount what ever you want, like a low profile clamp.
