Big Agnes Double Z Pumphouse Adaptor

The Big Agnes Pumphouse works for all BA inflatable mats except the Double Z series. BA offers no pump solution other than lung power. This injustice could not stand, so I designed an adaptor. This threaded adaptor screws onto the one way value of the Double Z and provides a flanged barrel for securing of both Pumphouse bungies. It bottoms out on the rubber gasket for a good seal. Testing yielded no leaks during pumping! Print Settings Printer Brand: Formlabs Printer: Form 1 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.05 Infill: 100% Notes: I printed this on a Formlabs 1+ to provide resolution on the threads, but I don't see why this wouldn't work on any FDM printer running 0.1 to 0.15mm layers.
