Big Pushbutton Base with 1/8" jack

This is a remix of the nicely done base that is referenced. I shrunk it vertically a bit and included a hole for an 1/8 (3/5mm) female panel mount jack. (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11154) Just a touch of glue if it is a bit loose. I didn't modify the other pieces so I didn't include them here.
