Big Pushbutton Base with 1/8" jack

This is a remix of the nicely done base that's referenced. I shrunk it vertically a bit and added a hole for an 1/8 inch female panel mount jack, which can be found at SparkFun - Product 11154. A little touch of glue will keep it in place if it feels loose. The other pieces remain unmodified so they're not included here.
