Big Red Button Sphere of Unkown

Big Red Button Sphere of Unkown

I found a Big Red Button in a junk box left over from a project and while unable to sleep I spent too long making up what was a simple sphere in Tinkercad into a reinforced one with a matching removable base. I had no idea, what so ever, what I'm it was or was going to be. Just that a button needed a big sphere to match it. It might blow up the world, beep loudly randomly when the button is pressed, simply turn off never to come back on, be the start of a robot project that escapes when you try and get close, be a pure 'art' object('maybe an android breast' was one suggestion), an emergency stop, a voice response magic-8-ball or anything else. Right now it sits on a table and taunts me with it's possibilities. The sphere is 135mm dia. at the base and 63mm high. It was going to include screw holes, thus the rounded bits inside. I will add them with a drill later if needed. The base seems to push on quite well on it's own. The button is 46mm at the widest part, 40.5mm where it fits into the sphere and almost 70mm total length. It's a tight fit into the hole, if not a drop or two of hot glue would do a good job. The top was printed pretty heavy, 3 perimeters and 40% infill to make for a solid feeling sphere. This may be a bit excessive, it was a 15 hour print. It needs no supports.
