Here's a printable card for the new BBB design that measures up to previous cards without separators or nutritional foam blocks. It has the same width but is slightly taller. For printing, I recommend using a 30% infill with a line pattern at a 45-degree angle, two shells, no bottom solid layers, and one top solid layer. This setup will yield a quick print job and provide good flexibility in PLA material.
