Modified tilt mechanism for RCExplorer Tricopter V3 to accept motors with up to 40mm can. This is designed specifically for the TGY-210MH servo and Sunnysky X3108S motor. Other motors should work too. Added a 42mm 19-25 version that should hold up to 42mm can size motors with 19-25mm hole spacing. This tilt mechanism was originally designed by David Windestål (http://www.rcexplorer.se), who was nice enough to let me do the slight alterations necessary to adapt it to 40mm motors, and not least of all share the design with the community. The original design can be found here: http://rcexplorer.se/product/tricopter-tilt-mechanism-3d-printed/ David even has provided the original design as free download: http://rcexplorer.se/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Tilt-mechanism.zip Instructions To complete this build you need: 9x small zip ties (6x servo, 3x tilt mechanism) 2x M3x6 screws (mounts motor to tilt mechanism) 1x M3x50 screw (connects tilt mechanism with servo) 1x M3 washer 1x servo (recommended TGY-210MH – Best choice BMS-210DMH – Best choice TGY-211MH) Print the parts in ABS at 0.1 layer height, solid. David has a great video on his original design: http://youtu.be/1l2jRSuYKR0
