WARNING: This must be printed in orientation shown in rendered image or it will not be strong enough to take the cable tension. This is a gear cable adaptor which allows the use of modern, handlebar mounted shifters on classic frames that only accept classic, frame mounted shifters. As you can see by how dirty the frame is, it has lasted a long time with no issues. This is for frames with a down tube diameter of 29mm and a classic shifter mount (The square bit attached to the frame) width of 12.5mm/(1/2"). Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 100% Notes: Ensure this model is printed in orientation shown in the last image otherwise object will be too weak. How I Designed This This is around the 5th version and works well and is super sturdy now. Previous versions broke due to poor shape and being printed in weak orientations.
