Bike Disc Brake Tab Frame Welding Jig

Bike Disc Brake Tab Frame Welding Jig

This is my first attempt at 3D print design. These are jigs for holding disc brake tabs in the correct spot (in relation to the dropout) on a bike frame and fork so it can be welded in place. This is made to work with traditional dropouts. NOT thru axle dropouts. Although I'd love to see a remix. I have printed it and the holes are exactly where they should be. However I recommend measuring the distances between the holes after printing for accuracy. See diagram in the photos for reference of correct distances. Hardware needed: 2 - 12 24 bolts with a nut and washer. (to hold the disc tabs) 1 - 10mm rear axle. Bolt on or QR. Notes: You may have to drill out the thin (0.5mm) bottom of two holes. Bolts and axle may have to be threaded in but should fit perfectly.
